Crane R-III Elementary is accepting applications for a full-time, elementary counseling position for the 2025-2026 school year. Highly qualified educators who share our passion for welcoming kids with open hearts, building relationships, promoting a positive learning environment, and helping students succeed are encouraged to apply. The appropriate applicant should enjoy spending time with children of all ages, maintain a high degree of good character, exude effective organizational skills, and be a collaborative team-player while providing a comprehensive competency-based counseling program. Individuals who would like the chance to join our Pirate family should:
- have successful experience as a teacher or school counselor
- maintain open communication with all stakeholders
- collaborate with peers and administration
- must hold a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling
- must hold a Missouri certificate in the area of Guidance and Counseling
Crane R-III operates on a four-day school calendar (Tuesday-Friday). The District provides board-paid health insurance (mostly covered) and board-paid long-term disability insurance.
