Crane R-3 Elementary is accepting applications for a full-time, lower elementary teaching position for the 2026-2027 school year.  Highly qualified educators who share our passion for welcoming kids with open hearts, building relationships, promoting a positive learning environment, and leading students to their strengths are encouraged to apply.   The appropriate applicant should enjoy spending time with children of all ages, love learning and teaching, maintain a high degree of good character, exude effective organizational skills, and be a collaborative team-player.  Individuals who would like the chance to join our Pirate family should:

- have experience/knowledge with the Missouri Learning Standards

- have experience/knowledge in teaching reading and math

- maintain open communication with all stakeholders

- collaborate with peers, grade-level teams, committees and vertical teams

Crane R-3 operates on a four-day school calendar (Tuesday-Friday) with one Monday a month designated as a staff professional learning day.   Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
